Zen Internet boss Richard Tang said regulator Ofcom needed to carry through its plans to ban inflation-linked mid-contract price rises.

I hate these mid contract rises. BT/EE are always ridiculous in what they rip you off for each year.

As a Zen broadband customer though I’d highly recommend them!
