Signal or no signal, quitting meta is virtuous.
Yes, that’s the idea. I am “virtuous” and want to signal that you are bing “unvirtuois.”
Oh shut the fuck up
COME ON VIRTUES, LET’S SIGNAL THIS CHODE.
Flush facebook it back down where it belongs.
I quit facebook about 5 months ago, when I finally snapped at just how vapid people were. The keyboard warrior energy was too much to bear. and that was on top of the political news spam.
news is actually banned from facebook in our country because of the rampant disinformation associated with it. so spammers got around it by disguising news as really shamless product advertisements, stuff like
“NDP LEADER JAGMEET SINGH KILLED IN FATAL CAR ACCIDENT, ON LIVE TELEVISION” - and it’s an advertisement for some Chatgpt generated lifestyle blog. Advertisement posted by an unverified account in Hungary or some shit
I can’t quit Facebook, there’s so many people that I need to sell off my old shit to on Marketplace. 😫
I hated him less when he was just a reptilian, and not a tech bro reptilian
It’s just another mask he wears, and I think even the gullible trumpers aren’t really buying it (yet)
Their propaganda outlet haven’t told them which page they’re all supposed to be on. Give it half a day.
Reknown Dog Rapist and Facebook Founder Mark Fuckerberg goes hard right after relationship issue, sucks up to other small dick energy losers like Musk and Turmp to validate himself.
Well, he’s right, if they’re quitting over him removing the fact checkers. He’s also virtue signaling that he’s actually for free speech by removing them, just as he was virtue signalling that he was a good boi by hiring them in the first place. Zuckerberg is going to signal to whoever is currently in power that he’s going to do whatever they tell him to, no matter who it is, because it’s in the best interest of his position at fb.
I think getting rid of fact checkers is a good thing, but I don’t think for a second that he wouldn’t immediately get them back if the next admin told him to.
What’s wrong with fact checkers?
He’s right, we are virtue signaling. Pretty hard, actually. We are signaling that Facebook has no virtues, we are fkin done with its exploitative ways, and we are leaving due to our own virtues.
Eh, I’m not virtue signaling, I’m value signaling, but I guess that could be seen as a virtue. I left Meta around a decade ago, because it already didn’t fit my values back then.
How does he say anything with all that Cheetos dust caked on his lips?
Such cuck behavior from him.
Cuck Fuckerberg
Mark Cuckerberg was right there…
I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of having his first or last name be untainted.
Criticizing something as virtue signaling is weird. The implication is that failing to quit signals a lack of virtue.
I wish they minded vice signaling half as much as virtue signaling.
Just so you all know the New York Post is a Rupert Murdoch (same person who owns Fox News) rag. According to Wikipedia it wasn’t profitable from 1976 to 2022 perhaps even loosing up to $70 million a year. The reason why he ran it at a loss for so long is for influence. Prior to Murdoch’s acquisition the “Post was seen to have liberal tilt, supporting trade unions and social welfare”. Now it’s a conservative trash rag.
Please use another source if you can.
Virtue boycotting?
