Known as the nightmare artist, Zdzislaw Beksinski, a polish painter and photographer, is famous for his horrifying works, all of which have no official title. Despite the hellish landscapes that he imagined, he was of sound mind and had no history of mental illness or emotional instability, which only adds to the oddity as he would have no deeper inspiration for what he painted other than what his soul told him to paint.
I love everything this man painted
Born 1929 in Sanok, Poland and died in 2005 in Warsaw, Poland. I can only imagine the shit this man saw in his life.
Kinda looks like a whale
It looks like a daisugi
It has an uncanny valley repulsion going on. Like, it’s a tree, but it isn’t natural.
A lot of his works are like that. I would suggest an example, but as I said, they have no title, so it’s kinda hard. Just look at any of his works that focus on structures.
It’s just a cow swimming to a tree?
Maybe you need a better example of his work. https://www.wikiart.org/en/zdzislaw-beksinski/untitled-504
Now I feel snacky for chocolate covered ants
I feel like this tree would fit perfectly in the video from The Ring
