    From the report, it sounds like mitochondria are showing permanent damage in this type of long-COVID sufferer. The article can’t even offer researcher guidance about ways that hypothetically can resolve this condition, and just suggests to exercise less vigorously. It sounds like research is too early to even hypothesize.

    Yikes…This is why I’m still paranoid about getting COVID.

      This was mentioned as well “The tissue samples from long COVID patients also revealed severe muscle damage, a disturbed immune response, and a buildup of microclots.”

      Have had the shit twice now, was vaxxed, so initial symptoms were mild. However, it totally fucked with my heart rate and rhythm for over a year. Still pops up, even now. Do NOT want it again.
