considering Texas has the eighth largest economy in the world but regularly loses control of its basic utility infrastructure and does not offer even emergency health care, texas really is a third-world country inside the US.
The US is largely a third world country anyway, but Texas really checks all the boxes.
You can roll a camera through Alabama and play “in the arms of an angel” over the footage.
