On a local level would it be effective for lgbtq+ friendly communities to empty the cis-women-only leagues of players and transfer every participating woman to the mixed gender leagues, then politely ask men not to join those teams? Like if the coach and team are supportive of trans teammates I think that’s a logical thing to do. Maybe have multiple mixed-gender leagues, with masculine and feminine themes on the sports merch.
