I never said or even suggested any of that. You’re simply deflecting and doing so quite poorly.

It’s amazing, the mental acrobatics people like you engage in to avoid taking any responsibility for their behavior. At least I admit when I’m being a git.

It’s not the content of your comments, it’s the way they’re worded. You speak with an aggressive and accusatory tone that isn’t conducive to discussion.

If you just word things a little softer, I’m sure you’ll have many people agree with you, and avoid any future bans.

I know things can get heated and emotional, and it gets to all of us at times. It takes effort and self reflection to avoid getting unnecessarily worked up

Right, speak softly on those who would deny genocide and won’t even hesitate to imprison those whom they have simple disagreement with. If I were insulting a Nazi, I’m sure people would be less questioning. The fact that the person in the thread called me hasbara for supporting two state solution and did not even get banned says a lot. Some people do not deserve to be given the benefit of the doubt, especially those who deny atrocities, regardless of where it comes. I don’t mind the bans-- all bans I’ve received come from tankie communities.

Life isn’t black and white, neither are people. The people in this thread aren’t disagreeing with your beliefs and condone genocide as much as you do. But you’re not being charitable in your interpretations and are immediately meeting them with hostility.

The more hostile you are, the more people get their guards up, and the more you drive them away from your cause
