A 30-year-old woman named Sangeeta was brutally tortured to death by two self-styled faith healers in Khuda Bakhsh Hisbani village, near Pangrio city in the Tando Bago tehsil of Badin.

As per details, the “faith-healers”, identified as Versi Kolhi and Horshi Kolhi, were called to the victim’s home to “exorcise evil spirits” Sangeeta was allegedly possessed with. The pair locked Sangeeta in a room, asking her family to leave, and subjected her to severe torture.

Her cries for help went unheard as the “healers” ignored her pleas and continued their brutal “exorcism” until she passed away.
