Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) announced Tuesday that she would not be seeking reelection in 2024 because “Washington, D.C. is broken,” she said in a statement.

The Arizona congresswoman also said she wants to spend more time with family.

      From what I gather she’s rather conservative so maybe she’s just frustrated with divided government in general. Who knows though, she could have been offered a lucrative job in the private sector.

          In her defense, once you have actually broken the legislature, to the point it is literally not functioning, where do you go from there?
