    You seems to fail to see how days work. Winter is much shorter days due to the way the earth is tipped. This has a much more drematic effect in other parts of the nation. Mainly north.

        I am telling you why we still have it. Why parliment keeps rejecting the call to cancel.

        I can’t tell you why brits in the 1800 had dumb names.

        But the summer only exists entirly because of longer daylight hours. That is exactly how our planet works. So no change made in summer is going to save any daylight. Winter is the only time it can be an issue.
