At the start of the “war” there were statements from Hamas and Israeli leadership calling their opponents subhuman, and calling for anhiliation. There’s no common ground, no compromise to be had.

I don’t know Israeli law, but if there’s a way to call for a vote of no confidence in Netanyahu or a special election, that might be the only hope.
