    Did you file a police report.

    Did you file a lost package claim.

    Did you contact the seller/retailer?

    Did you escalate with all of the above?

    Did you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company?

    Any of that?

    Because you should.

    Edit: Also. Guaranteed “delivery to trash can” is not an acceptable delivery method even according to them. Talk to a manager.
