PSA if you’ve flown with Qantas in the last 12 months login to your frequent flyer account before August 30 to claim your bonus 1000 Qantas Points or 30 Qantas Status Points. I don’t know if you just don’t get them or if they choose for you if you don’t pick by then.
There was a message waiting for me in the Qantas app saying to pick which type of points I want, then it said the points would take up to 4 business days to appear in my balance.

Do we know what the delay time is between logging in and getting the points?

I think it’s a little more if you’ve flown recently. 5000/45.
I flew 2 weeks ago, my guess would be that it’s higher if you’re a higher status member because I’m a lowly entry level member.
