I wonder if it’s because I have ADHD (no bipolar) and my brother has Bipolar disorder that we see this as completely normal and don’t judge each other for doing so.

  Totally could be! I have both bipolar and ADHD, and oversharing happens in both. Definitely something I have to watch.
