Sophie Turner is suing estranged husband Joe Jonas for the return of their two daughters to England.

The “Game of Thrones” alum filed the lawsuit in a Manhattan court Thursday requesting to secure “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained,” the documents obtained by Page Six state.

Turner claims in the filing that the “wrongful retention” began Sept. 20.

Turner also claims she and the Jonas Brothers band member agreed over Christmas 2022 that they would make their “forever home” England and would begin looking for schools for their older daughter, Willa.

“The parties were both excited for the family’s move to England,” the documents state.

The now-former couple ultimately found the perfect home in the English countryside, which is why the put their Miami estate up for sale, and began a long-term rental contract with plans to purchase the property.

They officially relocated from Miami to England on April 10, 2023, the documents state, noting that Turner, 27, then began filming the mini-series “Joan” nearby. Jonas, however, then began his tour with his brothers.

The “Dancing Feet” crooner, 34, and Turner agreed “with hesitation” to have their daughters travel with Jonas because he had more free periods of the day than she did to spend with the kids despite his nightly commitments.

“The children would then at least be able to spend some time during the day with one of their parents until the Mother finished her filming commitments,” the documents explain, noting that the daughters traveling on tour would only be a “temporary arrangement.”

However, the breakdown of the “Dark Phoenix” star and Jonas’s marriage “happened very suddenly” following an argument on Aug. 15, 2023, the documents state.

The “Hesitate” singer then filed for divorce on Sept. 1, with the lawsuit claiming Turner found out about the divorce “from the media” four days later.

Two weeks after Jonas’ divorce filing, the musician and actress met up to discuss their separation, with Turner claiming in the documents that she “reiterated” their plan to have the kids move to England, but now she’s accusing him of withholding their passports.

“The Father has possession of the children’s passports,” the documents claim. “He refuses to return the passports to the Mother and refuses to send the children home to England with the Mother.”
