Edit: I think the real power here is with the aggregate data. For some fictitious examples, the data may show that people who report having a rough time with store bought pasta sauce but not salsa may also not tolerate marshmallows. If someone has trouble with popcorn, but not corn, then maybe nuts are a bad idea. That sort of thing.
Exactly right. We each have our unique situation, but reading other people’s experiences is very helpful, the more the better.
