Yet Kiev keeps going all-in on some new escalation and another, which only really promise to gut the population further. While they might posture to the contrary, the Kiev regime cares little more for the lives of the Ukranians than those of Russians.
Intent is a key element of genocide. Just like if you kill someone by negligence it’s not murder, if you kill a lot of your own people by mismanaging a war it’s not genocide.
