I’m loving Artemis but starting to realize that I’m suffering for not being able to post comments or replies after a month or so of using the app. Is there any sense of when support for more instances is coming?

The Kbin social API hasn’t been released yet. When it is you’ll be able to use it ‘properly’.

I don’t know when that will be though…

I know kbin is newer than Lemmy, but without an API for mobile apps, I just can’t see why I’d use a kbin instance instead of Lemmy, especially since they federate with each other.

Is that what it depends on? An earlier version of the Artemis app said that additional instance logins were coming in version 0.2.1 I believe, and it’s currently on 0.2.0. It also worked when I first started using Artemis before an update took it away.

It doesn’t seem like it’s dependent on API development.

It absolutely depends upon the API, the unofficial workaround means that any time Kbin updated, support would be broken.

I think this is the PR? Seems like it’s still very much WIP.
