I’m a certified Rodgers hater so I had to look. As a Patriots fan who never really hated the Jets, Bills, or Dolphins (I thought Rex Ryan was hilarious), this was the first Jets team I was actually ready to hate because of him. The idea of his ego finding someone to blame with that stacked defense and him dictating half their offense was really intriguing. I’m pretty let down that we didn’t get to see if he could actually lead them as the QB or not.
The rest of his comments were basically fine. Maybe generic, but there’s only so much you can say if you aren’t on the field. But there always seems to be that one thing.
Yeah I’m a lifelong packers fan and was also excited to see how his season played out so also feel let down in a way. And now, even if he does make a recovery and plays, if his performance is poor it’s an easy cop out to blame the injury.
