I’d say live in it or sell it. Sure, you may have to pay taxes on that money you make, but it’s money you wouldn’t have had otherwise (that, and you would have to pay property tax if you held onto it). I don’t see why the concern about taxes would push you into being a landlord.
Is that an I/O shield for a motherboard?
Damn, what if we made it easier for people to afford caring for children? What, that’d cost money? Nah.
A comedy roast is traditionally an event to honor someone with jokes at their expense. So normally, it’s supposed to be only punching up and all in good fun.
The whole roasting a nameless stranger on the internet is super weird and uncomfortable.
I’d love for there to just be more short games with branching narratives like WotS. Short games that are built to be replayed really spark something off in my brain lol.
I’m surprised with auto battler games having a moment that we haven’t gotten any Ogre Battle inspired indies - just Unicorn Overlord. Still haven’t played it, but it’s on my to-do list.
Just accept that the CHINABAD stuff is projection, but the movie is pretty great otherwise!
A shit candy bar, some random tube socks, and off-brand hair growth meds
Some kind of random stuff from the drug store or discount store. Just a “I put minimal expense and effort into getting this.”
Wrong Germany
I think “selling ice to Eskimos” is the American equivalent. Naturally, the version of this phrase: 1) involves an exonym that’s a bit offensive 2) kinda makes doing a pointless exercise sound like a good thing.
Seconding Elden Ring. It’s also going to be more active since people are hyped for the new content - which means you’re more likely to get help if you need it.
It has a handful of QoL features too that’ll make the learning curve more manageable

Probably just an outrageous title to make sure it gets clicks on youtube or whatever tbh. Everything has to be super exaggerated to get attention.
I had a Timex Weekender that I wore a lot ~10 years ago. Nice watch, but too damn loud like you said lol
Yeah, the ones made actually by Seagull are like $500 USD. Not very expensive in the world of watches, but still pretty expensive!
I usually wear a modern reissue of the original 1965 Vostok Komandirskie. I currently have it on a brown NATO strap that’s made from the soft seatbelt type material.
I’m dreading the day that it breaks, since getting a new one would probably be a pain in the ass - I ordered it direct from the manufacturer in Russia ages ago (long before the war started and Russia got all the sanctions on them). I might replace it with some other kind of field watch, maybe a JDM Seiko or something, when it meets its eventual demise.
The other watch I wear frequently is the cheapo model of a square G-Shock.
How is the thickness on the Seagull 1963?
I’d compare PF: WotR more with the old Baldur’s Gate and Neverwinter Nights games, tbh
