Bees weren’t made by humans. They can survive on their own. They work until they die out of exhaustion due to the hard work, they work because of need, not of joy. Whenever they split up when there is enough honey, they spread around. That’s how bees work. By limiting them to one colony by partially starving them, we endanger the species. It’s already going bad for bees, due to urbanization, perticides, climate change but also colony starvation for honey production.

About honey: we do need bees. But taking away their honey which they work really hard for to sustain their colony during the winter and replacing it with sugar water is really bad for them and makes their colony weak. They can get viruses, bacteria and fungi much faster, which they can spread to other colonies or when splitting up when their queen dies.

Next to that, bees we use for honey are a very aggressive territorial species. They claim their territory and all the other bee and whasp species are killed and pushed out. There are many bee and whasp species who do not live in colonies but are very important for the biodiversity. Replacing them with our bees, which will die and get sick faster because we take away their nuteician rich honey, is a bad idea.

We do need our bees, but in reduces quantities to keep the balance. But we shouldn’t take their food.

  • Oh I know it was good. I often think from different perspectives when on ketamine and always I see things rather well. The only issue is my memory, sometimes I just don’t remember. But the moments I do remember are really good ideas, but sometimes they are too hard to realize (I had a great idea for an app, but I lack the programming knowledge and I don’t even know where to start). A friend of mine wants to develop it, some others are interested to get involved too. So other people like my ideas too.

My ideas make me create new music, helped me to start learning CAD and buy a 3D printer and laser cutter. Also some things I created were products of a ketamine trip. It helped me create a music tower for all my synths which is made to perfection and makes everyone’s jaw drop when I show them. People are even telling me I should build music studio’s professionally. It was all a product of my brain on special K. I created the perfect synth tower while I never even touched a synth 6 months before I started or knew how one works. Heres a picture. It’s foldable and on wheels. Perfect cable management and everything.

My autistic brain is capable of some nice things but in general it’s unable to perform as I want it to. But ketamine helps breaking through barriers and reach otherwise locked potential. Different perspectives, able to see the bigger picture while at the same time taking all the details into account.

  • I do care about the life of my friends. I’m autistic too. I love to hear their stories. Although there are some which I do not care about. Like their kids. I don’t like them, I don’t want to see pictures, I couldn’t care less about whatever dumb, funny or smart thing they did. And I tell them. “Hey dude, nice you have a kid but it’s not for me.” same goes for football or formula 1. You can talk to me about it, but I’ll just be thinking about fun stuff and won’t hear a thing you said.

I prefer to talk to people and hear their stories when it’s something I’m interested in. It generally helps to ask about those things, stimulating them to talk about something you actually like. But sometimes people just need to vent stuff and it’s good to listen, even though it doesn’t really interest you. But giving them a moment for it makes them feel good. But instead of acting like you like it so they will continue to talk about it, after giving them their moment for a bit, change the subject to something you like. At least that works for me. And now my friends know what I’m interested in, and likewise, so we know what we can talk about and do so neither of us gets bored.

For instance, some like to squash. I don’t. Some also like to play boardgames, like me. They don’t ask me to join them for squash, but they do ask me to play a boardgame. Some of my friends talk about football but they know I hate it so they talk about world domination to me instead (/jk).

If you have no common ground with someone, I don’t understand how you can be friends. Everything in the relationship you have with someone would be fake. But if there is common ground, you should focus on that and be honest about what that is for you. Friends become better friends when they know the real you and accept you for who you are. If not, they are bad friends.
