6·10 days agoI was talking about this to someone the other day and I think some sort of rent-to-buy scheme might make sense. They can still buy their hosues but instead of being helped by a discount they are helped by building up equity in the house?

Living in Kent them not stopping at Ashford sucks, have to go all the way into London to back track on yourself.

I would go on the eurostar… but they are still not stopping in Kent.
These private financing schemes seem to always be so much more expensive than funding this through traditional finance streams.
