Has anyone tried an Emma Sleep Mattress? Or Koala? Ecosa?

I got a quote from Harvey Norman (urgh) for a King Koli mattress and tested it. It felt nice, but if I can avoid giving them money I will happily do so. But online ones and online reviews are hard to trust.

It is a tad fresh here. Thankfully nice and sunny.

The bed is old. It needs to go, the screws are stripped to the point I’m not sure it could ever be taken apart lol. And the mattress is uncomfortable. I may as well have a whole new me.

I need a new bed. The slightest movement on mine and it squeaks like a rusty gate.

Any suggestions online to look for mattresses and bed frames?

I have COVID (I blame you Melbourne!) and while I am feeling better I am still a little foggy brained and I have to do a CASPER test tonight for my uni degree and I am stressing big time because I don’t do well with scenario based questions at the best of times and with my practise I’ve been doing my thoughts aren’t concise atm with covid brain.

And it’s also freezing cold so my fingers don’t work.

They are ridiculously excited over small things and it’s so damn infectious. Certainly makes me feel better.

Finished writing letters to all the submissions for my writing competition. They all did such a magnificent job, and some of the stories were genuinely really good with interesting themes and ideas and twists that I decided to make them all winners. So they all get signed copies of my book.

I went to one school on Wednesday and announced the winners at assembly. Public speaking is not fun, but I think I did ok. But what really got me was as I was sitting and waiting, one of the kids randomly asks for a high five. Which I obliged. And the girl next to him goes ‘Don’t you know who that is? That’s [my name]. The author.’, which is a all sorts of absurd and crazy and awesome and yeah.

Bet if you dump it in front of the Council or EPA CEO’s house something gets done.
