This is true in Utah. Larry H Miller, the company, has a huge amount of political pull in the state. They lobbies successfully to block being able to buy cars online (aka Tesla’s, when Tesla was a new thing) in the state. Changes are needed. It’s not a free market when everyone is fucking with it.
