Greece has been ruled by corrupt politicians for pretty much its entire modern history. Rich people never get prosecuted for the crimes they commit, heath and education are severely underfunded with outdated equipment, badly maintained facilities and underpaid personnel, press freedom is deteriorating and governments push for neoliberal “reforms” like these.
Nowadays, pretty much yes. I more or less use the command line as much as I did on windows. Of course things like installing software via the repos is more efficient via the command line, but most GUI tools will work perfectly fine for most people.

Phones
You don’t really need an 8-core CPU and 12 gigs of RAM for making calls and browsing the web, which is what 95% of people use their phones for. Not even buying such phone for the sake of longevity is worth it since most manufacturers drop support for their phones after 5 years at most.
The funny thing is that Microsoft also attempted to bring paid online to PC back in the GFWL days and failed.
I think most people accepted Xbox Live being paid due to the fact that online gaming on consoles wasn’t all that prominent compared to PC at the time.
Not that streaming is any better though.
Even with the dark theme off it still looks like corporate garbage, especially the font.
It would be good if valve ported many of these changes like HUD scaling to their other GoldSrc games as well.
ChromeOS if you consider it as one.

Technically no. EA now just calls it “The EA App”
A Xiaomi smartwatch. I never found any good use for its “smart” features and I had to charge the fucking thing all the time. So I ended up dropping it after a year in favor of a regular digital watch.
