On the contrary, zionism is a deeply antisemitic projet. The British Empire was so happy to help colonizing Palestine because it would mean all European Jews could leave. The project is that instead of fixing prejudice against Jews in Europe, they want them to have a state so they can go to that place, abandoning their real roots and lifestyle.
