Dems need a candidate who’s already famous. They need one totally unchained, unhinged, who would say awful but barely not illegal things in public, so they’re plastered on every news outlet constantly.

They need a liberal Trump.

What chuds like about Trump is that he jokes around and appears to be passionate about what he talks about, and instead of backing down when challenged, will face it head on and double down. Someone who will spit in the face of his enemies without apologizing after. Get anyone who can riff and mock their enemies while standing firm on their positions.

They need someone who’s a little iffy about vaccines, who will print money and send people fat checks with their face stamped on it, who will straight up collude with the powerful in public, so calling it out does nothing.

I dont think they actually like any of this, just the way he does it inspires confidence. They care very little about the actual policy specifics.

That’s all they really want is confidence. They aren’t confident in their place within a changing world and want someone who exudes that confidence so they can delegate their trust to someone who has it where they have none.

With regards to the Global South I expect the effects are going to be fairly immediate because China is the country that’s helping Global South develop and build out infrastructure

This is actually why I say those effects will take a while for the global south. Construction projects usually take years before their utility is realized. In the meantime, there is no alternative to the dollar for the global south. They cannot oppose unilateral sanctions yet, nor can they organize against US imperialism.

I’ve been pleasantly impressed by the rate of progression in recent years, but I’m not getting my hopes up for an early miracle. I’ll pray for the collapse of the dollar, but my bet is on 10-20 years before the US cannot wield their economic posture as a weapon against most of the world.

It will certainly have some immediate effects, but the actual breaking down of dollar hegemony will definitely take upwards of a decade…which is still fast in terms of geopolitics time. Unfortunately for the global south, the effects that will accelerate their liberation will fall towards the later ends of this timeframe.

• that single picture of the Kashgar inmates watching a drug awareness presentation.

Tell me:

• what purpose does this genocide serve China?
• how does China prevent any evidence at all from getting out? Is their great firewall more effective than Israel knocking out every cell tower and cutting all ISP lines? Why can we see that genocide despite Israel spending billions to stifle info getting out? Are Uighurs that much more afraid of retribution than the Palestinians who know they will be martyred for fighting back?
• why did Muslim majority countries not unite to denounce this “genocide” like they did Gaza? Did Xi bribe them all?
• where is the satellite footage showing the infrastructure needed to carry out an industrial scale genocide? Why isn’t the US coming forth with it if they have it?
• do the Han Chinese hate Muslims? If so, why aren’t they also genociding the Hui Muslims who are much more divout?
• why does Xinjiang have more mosques than all of Europe if they hate Muslims enough to kill off its least devout followers?
• why UN inspectors came and found no evidence of genocide. How come the report has nothing more than “human rights abuses” (the most severe of which also occur daily in US prisons, who won’t allow inspections from international bodies.)
