Nothing like a family emergency to distract from existential dread, but the help of a my good friend made all the difference. Vague story short, everyone’s fine and suffering minimized.

    It reflects how I feel dead inside while acknowledging that we can reclaim our lives by overcoming whatever bullshit the universe throws at us.

    I’m glad you were able to help your friend. We all need to stick together right now.

    That said, I’m not sure the womanizing creep of a doctor is the best person to have my back. It didn’t seem to actually help O’Brien much overall. They had a lot of fun in the Holosuites while Keiko was being shitty though.
